GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.

The Website offers the online purchase service, which means a 24h service, simple, direct and with all the advantages of having a wide catalog of products updated and available from anywhere through an Internet connection.

1. Generalities

All prices are in Euros and in accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price.
Orders that are destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of Article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations current in each one of them. In orders that have an international destination, the user must take into account the tax regime and tariff rates that are applicable in that country.
The Holder reserves the right to refuse an order from any User with whom he has a dispute or there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.

2. Obligations of Users

Any User who makes a purchase through this Website is declared of age and, where appropriate, with full capacity to use means of payment and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products, the User also declares to accept fully and without reservations all the conditions of this Legal Notice.
Before making any order it is the User's obligation to register in advance on the Website. The User may establish one or more requests for the purchase of products or services offered through the Website.

3. Shipping conditions

The shipping terms and prices vary depending on the destination, as well as depending on the volume and weight of the product that is purchased.
When the order is formalized by the User, it will be informed, in a disaggregated way, about the cost of the shipment, as well as about the estimated delivery times.
We can not guarantee these delivery times, being the courier company responsible.
There is no minimum order required.
The additional transportation expenses caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.

4. Modalities of payment and Security

For the User's convenience, we provide different ways to make the payment:

1) PayPal
- Secure payment solution that allows buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. By selecting this means at the time of finalizing the order, the User will access directly to the PayPal Website. You do not need to enter bank details, you only need to have a PayPal account created and you can make payments by entering only your email and password, you can also create the account at the time or make the payment directly by entering the credit card information. 2) Bank transfer.
- Once the order is made, the bank details are provided to make the deposit or transfer for the amount of the purchase made, and the personal data of name, surname and identity document must be indicated. Only income in Euros will be accepted. The order will be processed once the amount in account has been received.
- With this form of payment, no commission is paid.

5. Guarantees

The guarantee of the products will be that of the manufacturers, according to the current legislation of each product, indicated in the particular cases in the description of the product. If the User has any query about guarantees or needs to claim about any product purchased on this Website, he / she may contact the Owner for processing.

6. Right to withdrawal

In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 informs about the User's right of withdrawal.

6.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Holder (distance selling), the User will enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided in article 103.

6.2 Information to the consumer and user about the right of withdrawal.

a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

b) The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

c) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example: a letter sent by postal mail or email). You can use the model of withdrawal form below , although its use is not mandatory.

d) In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by this party of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

e) In the case of withdrawal by the User, the Holder will proceed to the return of all payments received without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed the decision to withdraw from this contract. The shipping costs will not be included if there is another cheaper option offered, as is the case, to pick up the order personally, the user freely decides that he chooses the most expensive option, as is the shipment.

f) The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the User.

6.4 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that relate to (among others):

c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
In relation to this section, with the request of the User, he gives his prior express consent, with the knowledge and acceptance on his part of the exceptions listed here, and consequently in those cases, he loses his right of withdrawal.

7. Returns

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the User. This will have a period of 14 calendar days to make any return, as long as it is a consumer or user, in accordance with the above for the right of withdrawal.
Outside the assumption contemplated in the previous paragraph, the return of any product will not be accepted.
In order to return the product, it must be in its original packaging and keep its labels, as well as present the same conditions as when it was sent. The product can not be used.
The shipping costs of the returns will be borne by the User unless there has been any error in the shipment by The Owner.

8. Availability

The Owner undertakes not to make available to Users an item that is not in stock except computer error or any other imponderable situation. In the event that this unfortunate incident could occur, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with the User.
